 As organizations increasingly rely on team-centered structures to achieve their strategic objectives, it is imperative that managers and leaders are fully equipped to lead a diverse team of people towards these objectives. When these teams are working remotely, trust and communication become absolutely critical to a team’s ability to perform effectively. 

Trust-Centered Leadership Development (TCLD) is designed for those responsible for performance reviews within their organization.

TCLD enhances the ability of your managers and leaders to:

  • Assess, build, repair and sustain trust within their teams;
  • Communicate effectively – up, down, and across the organization;
  • Engage, coach, develop and retain employees (team members);
  • Situationally discover, understand, and act on what matters most to multiple stakeholders. 

TCLD  consists of two-hour training modules that can be configured based upon your specific development needs and desired pace of training and implementation. A series of facilitated coaching calls are provided after each module to ensure successful and sustainable integration of the skills and tools.
